If you are guided merely by the vast volumes of data spewed out by real estate brokers, consultants, popular portals, agencies, builders or realty venture funds, then the bull market in this sector seems set to last for the next few years or maybe forever. If you step back from these rosy demand projections and look at the property market from the buyers' perspective, things look very different. For starters, the entire real estate industry has much to gain by being part of the same chorus about India's booming property market. Most companies connected with the real-estate and construction business and even those who are not, are all hoping to raise vast amounts of public money though Initial Public Offerings in this bull market.

Once when I was in my school, there were huge teams for sports, and everything were really high profile because of the kind of team mates I had. Our captain was the best player as evidently every captain should be in the Class A food ball team of the High school team. Before talking about anything, I must say an important factor which may tend to make you think that I am boasting in front of the people. But its a fact that I am a Cisco certified network associate, or more commonly known as CCNA. After struggling hard to get enough money to enroll into a course that was offered by the top private educational firm in my native place, I went along with some of my best mates for a three to four month course. All the time I've been in my home country I had not been exposed to sea food noe had I eaten one of them. But many of my friends expressed their willingness in introducing me to sea food and its loads of delicacies. The one dish that many of them told me about trying was the Shark that they cook by mincing into tiny pieces and mixing them with coconut and other ingredients that make it taste really good. But while cooking that food it takes awesomely long time and patience, but all the while causing an unbearable disgusting odour. This as we all know is more common with Sea food because they are unable to survive in the land without any water. This causes the body to lose moisture and create a dense net odor as we call in our native country.

There are numerous other cooking challenges associated with sea food, and I was once moved to start cooking one such variant of the Tuna fish fry, of which I was pathetically suffered a lot. Rajini apologizes to Kannadigas

With just a few days to go for Kuselan's worldwide release, Karnataka Rakshana Vedike activists seem determined to block the release of Kuselan in Karnataka. Earlier it seemed as though the issue was resolved, with the Karnataka Film Chamber Commerce striking a compromise of screening at least ten prints of the movie in Bangalore.

Today it would seem this cannot be taken for granted. With this in mind, Rajinikanth has now issued an apology for his 'anti-Kannadiga statements", appealing to the people of Karnataka not to block the release of Kuselan there.

"This incident has taught me a lesson. I shall never commit such a mistake again. Please allow the release of Kuselan in Karnataka, urged Rajinikanth, speaking to Kannada channels. "The people who are opposing me are also children of Karnataka. They are doing it for their state. Please, please forget the past and whatever I have said. Allow me to release my film. I am ready to help Kannadigas also," the star added. Earlier he had even sent a letter of regret in Kannada but the activists wanted a public apology, which he has now given. But the question now is: how will his repeated apology be viewed in Tamil Nadu?

However, some sources say that Rajini did not offer an apology as such, but only explained his difficult situation, caught as he seems to be in the crossfire between Karnataka and Tamilnadu.

Meanwhile, all the tickets for Kuselan's Friday opening in Bangalore have been sold out.

I though vista means immediately its related to the operating system that is created by MicroSoft.. After reading the name fully, I came to know that its not related to Windows Vista of course.. Meanwhile, the president of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, actress Jayamala said that Rajinikanth had sent a hand-written letter explaining that he had no intention of hurting the sentiments of Kannadigas. He reiterated in his letter that people other than Tamilians also enjoy his films.

While it is raining stars in national television, who are said to be skyrocketing TRP (Television Rating Points) rates, down South the television scene seems rather mega-sitcom-ish and reality show ridden. And an overdose of both, at that. Big B revolutionalized the television ratings in the otherwise Saas-Bahu saga with his Kaun Banega Crorepathi. His charm and panache did the trick and what the show did to Star TV's stature needs no explanation. Viewership rates went through the roof and Star snatched the television empire from Zee network sooner.

The era of Bollywood frequenting the tube started thereafter in a grand scale and we see more of Shahrukh and Salman on TV than on the big screen these days. Let alone reality shows, Shahrukh has modeled for products ranging from salt to satellite dishes and everything in between, giving professional models a run for their jobs. Although Shahrukh’s class teacher act for Paanchvi Pass on Star TV couldn’t render the same magic that his Crorepathi did, Salman Khan’s Dus Ka Dhum is making waves owing to

his nonchalant ways of making the guests relax while hurling questions at them. Latest in line is Akshay Kumar, who, true to his daredevil image, is hosting the Indianized version of the Fear Factor show on the recently launched Colors TV.

While this is the scene up North, Southern television is screaming for want of attention from creative heads. Not to mention, Kollywood star power has never paid much attention to television. Point in fact; there are actors who still consider going on air in television as harmful to their mainstream big screen image. This could be the same reason why celebrity endorsements have never been in fashion in Tamil TV. Exceptions being Surya, Ajith, and Vikram.

The closest thing ever frontline Kollywood stars did to get on TV was giving interviews on national holidays and festival time. And of course, on celebrity talk shows, that are a relatively new concept to Tamil television.

Of the few, Kushboo is the successful host of the television show Jackpot that still airs on TV. Few years ago, Sarath hosted the Tamil version of the Crorepathi show that was received with lukewarm response. That apart, many a Kollywood stars are part of the judges panel in those dance-based reality shows – most significantly, Namitha and Mumtaz.

The television channels only seem interested in competing for broadcast rights of every single movie being produced. Although the crores spent on buying such rights are worth every paisa, novel concepts for newer television formats, including game shows and talk shows that make use of the Kollywood star power, will have a telling impact on the TRP ratings.

For instance, Vikram hosting a reality-stunt show or Surya hosting a fitness based reality show will be sure shot hits. Or how about Ajith hosting a regionalized version of Das Ka Dhum and Vijay Paanchvi Paas? If only the producers care enough to look around for a brainwave, getting up close with our Kollywood stars in our own living room could become a reality soon.
